Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide architecture and design oversight.
• Played the role of Microservices Architect in an agile environment.
• Develop the back-end software, and maintain and update the existing code.
• Follow the Scrum workflow and complete tasks from the team backlog.
• Assist with the creation and development of feature requirements.
• Report issues with the code and improve upon them.
• Work with the product owner to prioritize requirements and call out dependencies.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Agile development methodologies.
• 12+ years of JavaScript and Node.js experience.
• Experience with REST, WebSocket, MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Experience with Docker and AWS Infrastructure.
• Understanding of asynchronous development and data security principles.
• Proficient in planning deployment for customer-facing applications.
