Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain technology solutions for our Mortgage Servicing platform using cloud-based Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will write high-quality code, implement complex business applications, and support deployment, testing, and post-implementation activities.

Key Technical Skills

• Microsoft Technologies: .NET, .NET Core, C#, Web Services, SQL, SSIS

• Front-End Development: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, functional programming

• Agile Practices: Experience with Scrum, XP, and Agile methodologies

• Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL

• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EC2, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Containers, API Gateway)

• Software Practices: Design patterns, refactoring, unit testing

• Additional: Linux/Open-source software experience, AI-assisted coding (AI Co-pilot or equivalent)

• Domain Knowledge: Financial services experience, particularly mortgages or mortgage-backed securities, is desirable

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions on the mortgage servicing platform.

• Design and implement complex business applications using cloud and Microsoft technologies.

• Perform quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and prepare software for production deployment.

• Respond to user queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.

• Independently manage small projects or contribute to larger team initiatives.

• Maintain documentation for applications, processes, and deployments.

• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with organizational values and culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in software development with .NET technologies.

• Strong hands-on experience in both back-end and front-end development.

• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS) and modern development practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
