Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Implement robust, scalable code using Python, C#, or other programming languages.
• Utilize deep learning frameworks (e.g., Keras, PyTorch) for natural language processing applications.
• Customize language foundation models to meet specific use cases.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for model lifecycle management.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and modeling, ensuring high-quality data structures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
• Strong coding skills, particularly in Python and familiarity with C#.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Keras, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab).
• Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Desirable Experience

• Experience designing and maintaining solutions on commercial cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with data engineering and data science workflows.
• A passion for continuous learning and keeping abreast of AI advancements.
