Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the SME for warehouse automation technologies (ASRS, Sorters, MHE) and associated systems (WMS/WES), providing expertise in these areas to guide business strategy, product development, and decision-making.
  • Lead the strategic planning, product roadmap development, and prioritization of initiatives for warehouse automation and related supply chain systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders (operations, logistics, IT, etc.) to gather requirements, define product features, and communicate progress on key initiatives.
  • Drive product initiatives within an agile environment, ensuring efficient collaboration between business stakeholders and development teams. Manage sprints, backlog, and feature delivery.
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable automation solutions that optimize warehouse operations, enhance system integration, and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for automation and supply chain systems, ensuring continuous improvement and value delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction through automation, data-driven decision-making, and innovative product solutions.
  • Regularly update business leaders and key stakeholders on product progress, risks, and opportunities. Ensure alignment and transparency throughout the development lifecycle.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in product management within a technology-driven organization, with a strong focus on supply chain systems and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse automation systems (ASRS, Sorters, MHE) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)/ Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), including implementation and integration of these technologies.
  • Proven experience working in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing product backlogs, and delivering value incrementally.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain operations, distribution center processes, and the application of technology to optimize efficiency, cost, and scalability.
  • A proven track record of developing solutions with a focus on delivering measurable ROI and tangible business value.
