Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engineering change documentation and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.
  
• Communicate change information to all relevant stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, in a timely and effective manner.
  
• Implement and monitor a tracking system for change requests to ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Lead and managed the change request process for all product design and development projects.
  
• Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to evaluate, approve, and prioritize change requests.
• Ensure change control processes are followed and all documentation is complete and accurate.
  
• Develop and implement new processes and systems related to engineering change management.

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• 8 or more years of experience in engineering change management or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  
• Extensive knowledge of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Slack).
