Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, utilizing Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint for planning, documentation, and presentations.
• Provide expert engineering and support for a wide range of IT infrastructure technologies, including network, end-point, platform, hosting, and database infrastructure.
• Utilize strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve complex infrastructure issues under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Apply knowledge and experience with various IT infrastructure technologies, like Windows, Linux, VMware, Cisco, AWS,
• Work closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure infrastructure solutions align with business goals and technical requirements. Prepare and present reports and updates on project status and technical issues.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure projects.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, administration, or support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge and experience with IT infrastructure technologies, including network, end-point, platform, hosting, and database infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, VMware, Cisco, AWS, Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Citrix, M365 products, Secure Access Anywhere, unstructured data migrations, Outlook, and security risk remediation.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues effectively under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and present technical information clearly.
