Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using SailPoint and CyberArk to automate identity lifecycle processes and secure privileged access.
• Develop and maintain JSON-based configurations for integrating IAM systems with applications, services, and APIs.
• Support and manage cloud-based IAM solutions and ensure compliance with cloud security standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design access control solutions for cloud and on-premises environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity provisioning, access controls, and security protocols.
• Ensure IAM processes are aligned with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.

Required Skills

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ for identity governance and administration.
• Expertise in implementing and managing privileged access management solutions with CyberArk.
• Proficient in using JSON for scripting, configuring, and integrating IAM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native IAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
• Knowledge of security protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and LDAP/Active Directory integration.
