Responsibilities:

• Gather and document data requirements from stakeholders across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements
• Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of data solutions
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data models
• Ensure data quality and integrity by conducting data validation and verification
• Provide guidance and support to junior data analysts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Qualifications:

• 6 to 12 years of experience in data analysis or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
• Experience with data modeling and data dictionary development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
