Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of Semarchy MDM tools.
• Manage databases and data modeling using Snowflake, SQL, and DBT.
• Leverage cloud infrastructure such as ADLS (Azure Data Lake Storage) and ADF (Azure Data Factory).
• Design and develop efficient data ingestion processes, data models, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with global teams (Sales, Analytics, Operations, Finance) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Ensure data quality, implement data governance, and monitor data integration processes for accuracy and integrity.
• Optimize data pipelines for scalability, performance, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably in the financial industry.
• Strong experience with Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, and related data technologies.
• Expertise in relational and dimensional data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar.
• Proficient in Python, DBT, and other relevant data processing tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
