Mentor and guide junior team members on project management best practices.

7+ years of experience in cybersecurity project management, specifically in IAM modernization.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IAM tools, particularly SailPoint.
Expertise in Zscaler for secure network access and Island browser for secure browsing environments.
Proven track record in managing large, complex cybersecurity projects.
PMP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
