Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 deployments, including installation, configuration, and validation.
• Design and implement automated infrastructure and configuration management using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code best practices to streamline platform operations.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security across diverse client environments.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, offer technical guidance, and deliver tailored OpenShift solutions.
• Troubleshoot deployment, runtime, and performance issues related to OpenShift and the underlying RHEL systems.
• Install and manage software using RPM-based packages.
• Support integrations with cloud environments, particularly AWS and/or GCP (preferred).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4, with proven success in production-grade deployments.
• Advanced proficiency in Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
• Deep knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) system administration.
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code tools and methodologies.
• Proficient with RPM package management for software installation and configuration.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure and application issues in containerized environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently in a remote consulting capacity.
