Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
• Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
• Utilize Alteryx and Python to build data transformation workflows and support advanced analytics needs.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Matillion, or Talend.
• Work with data warehouses and data lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse) to enable scalable analytics solutions.
• Leverage SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for database development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions aligned with business goals.
• Present findings and reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance across all BI processes and outputs.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL and deep understanding of relational database concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Python, and SQL Server.
• Strong visualization skills using Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with ETL tools like Informatica, SSIS, Matillion, or Talend.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Azure Synapse, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
