We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in the Healthcare domain to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze data, and develop solutions to drive business improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions
• Develop and maintain complex business cases, including cost-benefit analyses, financial models, and ROI calculations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions, including process improvements, system enhancements, and new initiatives
• Conduct data analysis and create reports to support business decisions, including metrics tracking, trend analysis, and data visualization
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, clinicians, and staff to ensure alignment and buy-in for business solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare operations and technology
• Provide thought leadership and guidance to junior analysts and team members
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements (e.g. HIPAA), and industry trends
• Proven experience in analyzing complex business problems and developing solutions
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and technologies (e.g. Excel, Tableau)
