Responsibilities

• Assess current AD infrastructure and recommend improvements.
• Design scalable, secure AD architecture (GPOs, OUs, delegation, disaster recovery).
• Implement identity governance, authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM), and compliance controls (HIPAA, SOX, ISO).
• Integrate AD with Azure AD, LDAP, cloud services, SSO, ADFS, and MFA.
• Lead domain migrations, forest consolidations, and schema/domain upgrades.
• Collaborate with security, network, and cloud teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship; document standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Active Directory architecture, security, and integration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Azure AD, and authentication protocols.
• Proven track record with AD migrations and hybrid/cloud environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and auditing practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
