We are seeking an experienced SQL Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong analytical mindset, adept at transforming raw data into actionable insights. This role involves working across multiple applications and data warehouses to deliver high-quality analysis and reporting, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis and reporting using SQL across multiple data sources and warehouses.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Develop and maintain self-serve dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using Excel to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable analyses.
• Interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Understand underlying applications and processes generating the data; iteratively form hypotheses and validate them to deepen dataset and process knowledge.
• Take ownership of projects from raw data to polished dashboards, ensuring accuracy and insights that drive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting across multiple applications and data warehouses.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries for analysis and data extraction.
• Strong experience building self-serve dashboards in Tableau.
• Solid data analysis skills using Excel.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and learn quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable forming and testing hypotheses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience working with call, case, or order data.
• Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, IVR, or similar platforms.
