Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and analyze business/system requirements using techniques like JAR/JAD, SCRUM, and others.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate workflows, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and Requirements Management software to support project execution.
• Create detailed process documentation (SIPOC diagrams, Six Sigma tools, etc.) and model processes using IDEF or similar conventions.
• Design and document future state business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Analyze and synthesize business data to address unique challenges and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve desired results.
• Communicate key concepts and progress effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in managed healthcare with domain expertise in Claims/EDI, Membership, Provider, Care Management, or Finance.
• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis and process documentation.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and Requirements Management software preferred.
• Strong ability to present, communicate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with a strong capacity for independent work and team contribution.
