Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Kronos WFM, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and issue resolution using tools like Splunk.
• Act as SME for Kronos WFM, supporting Helpdesk and L2 teams, and ensuring system uptime during outages.
• Collaborate with scrum teams on Kronos development, deployment, and upgrades.
• Perform Java code updates when required and support system recovery and software rollouts.
• Partner with third-party vendors to maintain system stability and performance.
• Document issues and create SOPs for support teams; escalate critical incidents when necessary.
• Manage upgrade processes and ensure smooth transitions to new Kronos WFM versions.
• Maintain high-level awareness of the broader technology landscape, including Oracle Exadata Cloud, VMware, Linux, HyperV, and Windows 10.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years supporting and implementing Kronos WFM solutions (required).
• 3+ years working with Oracle Exadata Cloud Service / at Customer (required).
• 2+ years of enterprise software development experience with Java (required).
• Experience with Oracle DB (12c/19c/21c) and Jboss/Oracle WebLogic Server (3+ years required).
• Strong understanding of Kronos WFM upgrades, patching, and system management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to support off-hours deployments and collaborate across global teams.
