Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolution for customer issues, working closely with customer support and SMEs.
• Monitor and manage customer cases, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved efficiently.
• Install patches and software updates to customer systems, ensuring seamless integration.
• Assist with system configuration, tuning, and general administration tasks.
• Liaise with internal teams for level 3 support and troubleshooting.
• Analyze and resolve system-related issues in live customer environments.
• Ensure quality and reliability in all customer-facing systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience with LINUX, Windows OS, C, Java, Oracle Database, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge in shell scripting, debugging, and interpreting logs.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and ClearCase.
• Familiarity with Utility applications like Reliance (XA/21), ADMS, OMS is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and make quick decisions.
