Primary Responsibilities

• Apply GRC frameworks, standards, and methodologies in solution design.
• Stay current with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for Archer GRC initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; track progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Design and configure Archer applications, data models, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Integrate Archer with enterprise systems and ensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and align expectations.
• Deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing support; communicate updates and risks.
• Monitor GRC trends and recommend enhancements to processes and Archer solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in GRC implementation, with strong expertise in RSA Archer.
• Proven experience implementing and configuring multiple Archer modules (e.g., Risk Management, Compliance, Incident Management, Issues Management, Third Party Risk).
• Strong understanding of GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, HIPAA, etc.).
• Proficiency in workflow design, data modeling, and system integrations within Archer.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Archer Administration or Architect Certifications.
• Experience in Agile project environments.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation for Archer solutions.
