We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to drive the development and implementation of enterprise-wide IT solutions, aligning technology with business goals. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure adherence to architectural standards, and work closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and secure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework to align with the organization’s business strategy and technology roadmap.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks, recommending solutions that drive business innovation and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-wide IT solutions, ensuring consistency with architecture standards and industry best practices.
• Establish architectural governance practices to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while minimizing risks.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.
• Provide guidance to project teams throughout the implementation process, ensuring solutions meet technical standards and business objectives.
• Ensure seamless integration of various systems, platforms, and applications across the enterprise.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture principles, models, and roadmaps.
• Continuously assess and optimize the architecture to remain responsive to changes in the business environment and evolving technology trends.

Required Skills

• Proven experience leading enterprise architecture projects or initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern IT trends (DevOps, Microservices, AI, etc.).
• Expertise in system design, data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices and ensuring secure system design and integration.

Desired Skills

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in agile methodologies or leading agile teams is a plus.
