Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Architect and design the technical Solution in line with Client functional specifications.
- Validate the technical solution and confirm if it works as per requirement.
- Work with Kore’s development and QA testing teams to deliver the technical solution.
- Implement and deliver bot-based solutions for the client as per business requirements.
Required Qualification
- Min 6+ yrs hands on KORE.ai, SmartAssist, IVR Technologies, Java, Java Script, Python.
- Good experience on Conversational AI Platform.
- Exposure to Gen AI and its concepts with conversational AI Products.
- Good experience in understanding the business requirements and creating chatbots in Kore.ai XO Platform, Search Assist.
- Experience on Node Js used for chatbot backend technology.
- Good experience in Design and Solution Architecture for creating chatbots & voicebots using Kore.ai
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
