Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to drive cloud adoption, modernization, and enterprise architecture alignment. The ideal candidate will define scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions while providing technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

Role and Responsibilities

• Define target cloud architecture that ensures scalability, reliability, security, and alignment with business objectives. Develop a comprehensive cloud migration strategy and roadmap, selecting appropriate migration patterns (rehost, replatform, refactor) and sequencing workloads effectively.
• Evaluate existing systems to identify dependencies, technical debt, risks, and opportunities for modernization. Recommend improvements that enhance performance, security, and operational efficiency.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks. Ensure all designs comply with enterprise architecture and cloud industry standards.
• Design security models, Identity and Access Management (IAM), compliance frameworks, and network architectures that meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Create high-level and detailed technical designs for compute, storage, networking, integrations, monitoring, and disaster recovery. Define integration patterns across APIs, events, and messaging systems.
• Optimize cloud resource sizing, performance, and cost models for long-term efficiency and sustainability.
• Provide guidance to engineering, DevOps, QA, security, and operations teams. Conduct proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate cloud services, tools, and architectural patterns.
• Support build, testing, and cutover activities. Resolve technical blockers and ensure environment readiness for production deployment.
• Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to operational and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in solution architecture, cloud migration, and enterprise systems.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and architectural best practices.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, networking, and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical decisions.
