Experienced Solution Architect to spearhead the implementation of AI and Generative AI capabilities at scale across all lines of business. He/She will play a pivotal role in providing thought leadership, defining, and building the roadmap for all the AI/Gen AI initiatives while driving technical evaluations, AI Ops, best practices, and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging AI and Generative AI.
• Develop and maintain the overall architecture blueprint for AI solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Conduct technical evaluations of AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms to determine suitability for adoption.
• Define and implement AI Ops practices for monitoring, managing, and optimizing AI models in production.
• Provide guidance and mentorship, to ML implementation engineers, and other team members.

Required Experience/Skills

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in software development, with experience in AI/ML solutions using Azure/AWS Technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on Experience in deploying, and consuming LLMs like Azure Open AI, Llama 2/3, Mixtral, etc. (Hands-on experience in Fine Tuning LLM has an added advantage).
• Familiarity with Azure AI services like Azure AI Search, and Azure Open AI.
• Knowledge of vector dbs and embeddings is a plus.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing AI solutions at scale, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong expertise in Python & machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow/PyTorch, sci-kit-learn, and related Python libraries.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly AWS/GCP must have developed and deployed at least 1 Gen AI solution in an enterprise.
• Relevant certifications, such as Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, are a plus.
