Required Experience/Skills
At least 5 to 7 years of live experience of resolving L2/L3 level of technical incident resolution in Linux/Unix [ RHEL/Solaris/OEL/HPUX] Platform.
Must have - L2/L3 Solaris OS administration activities including LDOM/CDOM, Solaris Zone (local/global), UFS, ZFS, Solaris Volume manager, Veritas cluster, Oracle RAC cluster, Oracle ASM.
Knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) /Or any ITSM Tool incident resolution practice.
Knowledge and working experience of ITIL processes in BAU IT IS support.
Solaris OS 10/11 administration activities.
User administration.
Software installation/patching
Printer setup, Network setup
CPU / Memory usage
Solaris Volume manager
Disk management - ZFS/Metadisk/Oracle ASM/Multipath
FMADM
Virtualization - LDOM/CDOM, Solaris Zone (local/global)
