Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal software and tooling that supports construction project management, cost tracking, and execution monitoring.
• Work across the full stack to build robust, scalable web applications and services. This includes both frontend and backend development, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient, reliable server-side functionality.
• Build and maintain standardized RESTful APIs on top of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server), ensuring integration with other systems and services.
• Introduce and enforce software engineering best practices, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and code quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and infrastructure engineers to understand user needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Implement DevOps practices, including building CI/CD pipelines, setting up automated testing, and working with deployment tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+  years of experience in building large-scale, robust full-stack web applications.
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies such as React, React Native, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with backend development, building REST APIs on top of relational databases using technologies such as .NET/C#, Node.js, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Experience with Containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and scaling.
• Familiarity with Jenkins for automating deployment and build processes.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in web development (frontend and backend).
• Solid understanding of relational databases and API design.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools.
