Software Engineer

We are seeking a Software Engineer to modernize and enhance an existing Excel Add-In application by migrating legacy code to a modern technology stack. The role involves application development, system integration, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze, refactor, and modernize legacy C++ and C# applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain Excel Add-ins.
• Migrate legacy applications to modern architectures and frameworks.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs (JSON), XML, and SOAP web services.
• Ensure application performance, security, code quality, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with C++ and C# development.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Excel Add-ins.
• Experience modernizing or migrating legacy applications.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and SOAP services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
