Primary Responsibilities

• Work with business and product teams to identify opportunities for system improvements.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance developer productivity and code quality.
• Lead development of automated workflows ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure system accuracy and robustness.
• Integrate LMS solutions into existing systems.
• Keep up with trends and advancements in LMS technology.

 

Required Experience

• 5+ years in software engineering, with hands-on LMS development.
• 4+ years experience with Articulate, process automation, and solution architecture.

 

Preferred Skills

• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience with WPF, UI frameworks (MAUI/WinUI/ReactJS), and BPMN 2.0.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or Python.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Understanding of adult learning theory.
