Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for APIs, databases, and front-end applications.
• Design comprehensive test strategies and plans covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Validate and test relational databases and cloud data warehouses to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Utilize programming languages and scripting tools to build efficient test frameworks.
• Perform performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues using logging and monitoring tools like Kibana.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

• 8+years of experience with JSON, RESTful APIs, and Postman for API testing.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience testing against relational databases and cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake.
• 4+ years of experience creating and executing comprehensive test strategies.
• 2+ years of programming experience in Python.
• 2+ years of experience working in banking or finance sectors.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as JMeter, PgAdmin, GitLab, Kafka, Jira, Confluence, Swagger, Kibana, and AWS.
• Experience programming with PostgreSQL, Snowsql, and preferably Go.
