Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features for a critical internal application, including both frontend and backend components.
• Actively participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both the front-end and back-end. Ensure high code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of new features. Take ownership of technical decisions related to software development and architecture.
• Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality. Help with debugging and resolving issues identified during testing phases.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support application functionality. Maintain and optimize database performance.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, integrating with microservices and third-party services as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework, and Entity Framework.
• HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Knockout.js, Bootstrap, and JSON for modern UI development.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, SOAP web services, XML, and related technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Experience with Git for source code management and version control.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, including load balancing, security, LDAP, IIS, and port management.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools and best practices.
• Ability to analyze existing systems and databases, and make informed technical decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
