We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Developer to design, optimize, and support data solutions. The role involves building reusable data models, programming database objects, automating processes, and providing expert support for production environments. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that improve data accessibility and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Snowflake data models and RDS data architecture for OLTP, data warehousing, and business analytics.
• Program and optimize database objects (Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, Functions).
• Automate tasks using PERL, Python, and Shell scripts.
• Provide Level 3 support for production applications, troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
• Support production releases and maintenance during off-peak hours.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to set up environments (development, testing, production).
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for RDS Trade Repositories.
• Integrate risk and control processes into daily responsibilities.

Essential Skills

• Strong experience with Snowflake and data warehousing solutions.
• Proficiency in PERL, Python, and Shell scripting for automation.
• Expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Solid knowledge of database objects (Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, Functions).
• Experience providing Level 3 support for production environments.
• Understanding of OLTP and business analytics solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage environments.
• Risk and control process integration into day-to-day operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments and additional data technologies.
