We are seeking an experienced Snowflake DBT Technical Lead to design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale data platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, DBT, Python, and modern ELT frameworks, with experience delivering scalable data solutions and AI-driven analytics. This role requires technical leadership in data engineering, performance optimization, and cloud-based data architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Snowflake data platforms.
- Develop and maintain scalable ELT pipelines using DBT and Python.
- Design and optimize data models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Build and manage enterprise data pipelines and integration workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable data and AI solutions.
- Implement AI-driven use cases, including conversational AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Optimize Snowflake architecture and query performance.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices across data engineering and DevOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, DBT, and Python.
- Experience with Cortex Code.
- Strong understanding of:
- Snowflake Architecture
- DBT-based transformation frameworks
- ETL/ELT and data integration concepts
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Experience building scalable cloud-based data platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GenAI or AI-driven analytics solutions.
- Snowflake Advanced Certification.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD for data platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
