We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Administrator / MDM Consultant to support a Master Data Management (MDM) initiative focused on optimizing and governing account data across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, PostgreSQL, ETL development, Bizagi, and Appian BPM, along with experience in data governance, workflow automation, and UI validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage ETL processes for loading and transforming account data into Snowflake and PostgreSQL.
- Administer and optimize Snowflake environments for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Integrate data sources with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Bizagi, and Appian BPM to enable seamless data flow.
- Implement data validation, quality checks, and governance controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and support UI screens for account data correction and maintenance.
- Perform UI and functional testing to ensure usability, reliability, and defect-free deployment.
- Monitor and maintain PostgreSQL databases and ensure smooth interoperability with Snowflake and BPM platforms.
- Design and optimize Bizagi and Appian BPM workflows to automate MDM and account management processes.
- Enable real-time reporting and analytics by ensuring timely and accurate data availability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and data governance stakeholders to deliver MDM solutions.
- Support CI/CD, release management, and production deployments in Agile environments.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Snowflake Administration, or MDM projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake administration, performance tuning, security, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with ETL/ELT development and data integration tools.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database administration and optimization.
- Experience with Bizagi and Appian BPM workflow development and process automation.
- Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in UI development support and UI testing.
- Knowledge of SQL, scripting, and data quality management practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data governance and data stewardship tools.
- Snowflake certification preferred.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in enterprise-scale data migration and transformation projects.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional global teams.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
