Technical / Functional Skills

• Knowledge on the ServiceNow core platform modules and applications,
• Understanding of SNow discovery & CMDB, data integration, asset management, integration management, configuration management, IoT.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance during workshops and assists in the creation and refinement of stories. 
• Configures the ServiceNow platform during sprints while sharing knowledge and best practices with Platform Administrators. 
• Supporting the Snow workstream
