Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of large-scale Sitecore projects, utilizing Sitecore JSS Experience (headless approach), Sitecore MVP and Awardee Platform (XP) 9.x and later. 
• Design and implement headless JSS to enhance frontend performance and improve user experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and UX designers to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop custom .NET MVC components, API services, and RESTful APIs to suppoSitecore Architectrt broker portals and seamless data integration.
• Optimize SQL Server databases for efficient data storage and reporting for CMS reporting solutions.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration, version control, and deployment to ensure efficient project workflows and timely deliveries.
• Implement responsive web design using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices to maintain high code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sitecore projects and broker portal applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile development methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Sitecore JSS Experience (headless approach), Sitecore MVP Awardee and Sitecore, with expertise in Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) 9.x and later.
• Proven experience with headless JSS, .NET MVC, C#, SQL Server, API service development, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS, with a focus on responsive design principles.
• Experience working on broker portals and CMS reporting solutions will be highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and using Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
