Roles and Responsibilities

• Kubernetes & On-Premise Infrastructure: Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for on-premises environments.
• Provide expert-level support for AWS environments and DevOps processes, including containerization with Docker.
• Support and maintain PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
• Provide US-hour support for critical incidents impacting Active IQ UI, API, and MongoDB.
• Apply advanced problem-solving skills to resolve technical and operational issues independently.
• Demonstrate an understanding of software design principles and best practices, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Experience

• SRE Experience with strong skills in Kubernetes, Linux, and NetApp Storage.
• DevOps expertise with experience in AWS, Docker, and supporting a DevOps support model.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and MongoDB database management.
• Kubernetes Certification and Linux Certification.
• Experience working independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
