Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to recommend the best cloud solutions (public, private, or hybrid) based on application needs. Advise on serverless (AWS Lambda) or container-based (Kubernetes) architectures.
• Evaluate applications to determine optimal cloud solutions (e.g., AWS EC2, EKS) and ensure efficient resource sizing for performance and cost.
• Ensure seamless integration across on-premises and cloud environments. Support private cloud infrastructure (hypervisors, DNS, firewalls, load balancers).
• Optimize networking solutions for high availability, low latency, and secure cloud-to-on-prem connections.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
• Strong experience with AWS (primary), and familiarity with Azure, GCP, or OCI.
• Knowledge of private cloud infrastructure (hypervisors, DNS, networking, virtualization).
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS Lambda.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate cloud solutions and collaborate with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software-defined networking (NSXT) and microsegmentation.
• Previous involvement in cloud migration projects.
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud integration and workload optimization strategies.
