We are seeking a SimCorp Analyst with strong expertise in investment accounting, capital markets, and SimCorp Dimension to design, develop, and enhance financial systems based on business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement features, configure systems, and ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and enhance features in SimCorp Dimension (e.g., Finance Schemes, Posting Rules, Bookkeeping Segments).
• Create/update detailed specifications, implementation guides, and design documents.
• Collaborate in all Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of user stories and features.
• Guide and mentor junior team members to improve development processes.
• Configure and optimize financial systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Requirements

• Strong experience in SimCorp Dimension, DFS/DEX configurations, and financial systems (investment accounting, capital markets).
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to produce clear, concise technical and design documentation.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior technical staff.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SimCorp Dimension upgrades and migrations.
• Knowledge of investment management and trading systems.
