Roles and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Siebel EAI issues (Web Services, MQ, REST APIs, authentication).
• Monitor and support Siebel REST integrations and workflows.
• Manage Siebel Tools configuration using workspace-based development.
• Perform environment migrations via Migration App and ADM.
• Support deployments across DEV to PROD environments; maintain AI containers.
• Handle Siebel CRM upgrades and platform modernization (OS, DB).
• Collaborate with infrastructure and interfacing teams for end-to-end system support.
• Provide on-demand fixes, emergency config changes, and production support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Siebel CRM development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Siebel Tools, EAI, AI, ADM, srvrmgr, Migration App.
• Experience with Siebel 8.x or IP versions, including upgrades (e.g., 24.4 to 25.6).
• Familiarity with OS (Windows Server) and DB (Oracle) platform upgrades.
• Excellent troubleshooting and integration skills (REST, MQ, EIM, .NET).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking/financial domain.
• Familiarity with Oracle 21c, Windows Server 2025.
• Knowledge of CI/CD in Siebel environments.
