Roles and Resposnsibilites

• Design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model.
• Lead in consultation with the business analysts, develop new Power BI reports, and enhance the current reports. Design and develop data models to support efficient data retrieval and analysis in Power BI Implement data integration processes to bring data from various sources into Power BI datasets.
• Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and control user access to Power BI resources.
• Optimize Power BI reports and queries for improved performance and faster response times.
• Provide training sessions and user support to help employees effectively utilize Power BI for self-service reporting and analytics.
• Manage the Power BI environment, including user provisioning, licenses, and system configurations by working with ITS.
• Responsible for coordinating between content owners and managing all content migration to the new platform.

Required Experience/Skills

• Minimum 7 years or more of progressively expanding work experience in the administration/ development and support of SharePoint.
• 4+ years of experience in migrating On-premises SharePoint to SharePoint online with the help of the Power platform and customizations with low-code or no-code platforms. 
• Experience in the design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model.
• Experience working with SharePoint & Power Apps (Power Automate, Flows, Power Pages, Data-verse, etc.) or similar low code development tools. Extensive
• Experience in customizing SharePoint lists and integrating disparate systems with PowerApps.
• In-depth knowledge of Power BI features, data modeling, DAX language, and Power Query, Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard design best practices.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, SQL, SSRS, and data integration, Experience with data governance, data security, and compliance regulations, Managing data extraction, manipulation, transformation, and aggregation.
