Roles and Responsibilities

• Creating an overall architecture that can support multiple customers/departments.
• Create taxonomy and content types, retention schedules, custom forms to add and retrieve/search documents, 
• Create workflows to process documents, workflows based on triggers such as document changes or timed events, 
• Create a standard security model. 
• To implement document repositories for a variety of customers for a variety of use cases. 
• SPO setup and configuration as a document repository 
• Customizing SPO forms and workflows 
• Power Platform development experience 
• 365 user security 
• Secretary of State trusted system requirements 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, site collections, content types, and workflows.
• Ability to create custom applications, workflows, and reports using Power Platform tools.
• 6+ years of experience in SharePoint Online and Power Platform development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and security best practices.
• Document Scanning experience is a plus.
