Key Responsibilities:
- Administer SharePoint Online environments, including Team Sites, Hub Sites, Classic Sites, and Record Centers.
- Oversee SharePoint settings, features, and incident/service management.
- Manage SharePoint permissions, site collections, lists, and libraries.
- Analyze and report on SharePoint usage and activity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user queries and issues with out-of-the-box features.
- Set up alerts, enforce policies, and implement site migrations (Classic to Modern).
- Administer OneDrive for Business, including sync issues, external sharing, and health monitoring.
- Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 compliance policies (Retention, DLP, IRM, etc.).
- Manage user profiles, optimize search experiences, and support Office 365 Groups integration.
- Collaborate on digital transformation initiatives and enhance SharePoint functionality.
- Use PowerShell scripting and SharePoint PnP modules for app deployment and administration.
- Administer Message Center and Service Health Center for proactive monitoring.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in SharePoint Online administration and M365 ecosystem.
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting and SharePoint PnP.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Compliance Center, DLP, IRM, and Retention strategies.
- Familiarity with Azure AD Connect, DirSync, and user synchronization.
- Hands-on experience in SharePoint site migrations and app deployments.
- Experience in managing permissions, M365 groups, and OneDrive for Business.
- Knowledge of SharePoint metadata, content types, search schemas, and document libraries.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, adaptive scopes, and governance frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting skills for OOTB and custom SharePoint features.
- Ability to integrate SharePoint Online with external business applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment for digital transformation initiatives.
