Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage SharePoint migration projects from legacy systems (on-premise or cloud-based).
• Perform content and document migrations, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and minimal disruption.
• Work closely with stakeholders to assess needs, develop migration strategies, and ensure system compatibility.
• Provide technical support during and post-migration to resolve any issues.
• Test and validate migrated data to ensure it meets requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SharePoint capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SharePoint migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix).
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture and best practices.
• Experience in data mapping, content migration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
