Role Overview
Design, develop, and support SharePoint Online solutions and Microsoft 365-based applications to automate business processes, improve document management, and enhance collaboration across the organization, with a strong focus on enterprise and legal environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions including sites, lists, libraries, pages, and workflows
- Build and customize SPFx web parts and extensions using React and modern PnP frameworks
- Develop and support Power Automate workflows for document management, approvals, notifications, and business automation
- Create and maintain Power Apps solutions integrated with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services
- Integrate SharePoint with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, and other business applications)
- Manage SharePoint security, permissions, and governance policies including DLP and retention controls
- Support large-scale document management systems and ensure performance optimization for high-volume data
- Troubleshoot SharePoint, Power Platform, and workflow issues and provide user support
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, PnP, REST APIs, and Search APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and wireframes to validate solutions before implementation
- Participate in system maintenance, including scheduled releases and weekend support activities
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in SharePoint Online (5+ years), including large-scale document management
- Expertise in SPFx development (React-based) and modern SharePoint framework customization
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, PnP, and REST APIs
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance (Purview, DLP, retention, eDiscovery)
- Experience supporting enterprise workflow automation and integration solutions
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD for Power Platform deployment (preferred)
- Understanding of Legal e-Document management systems and compliance requirements
Preferred Experience
- Experience in legal or regulated environments with document governance requirements
- Knowledge of enterprise legal document management solutions (e.g., EPOAN Legal DMS)
- Exposure to data protection, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance standards
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform applications
