Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of ITSM solutions, including one or more additional modules (ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, HRSD).
  • Develop ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Email Inbound).
  • Design and create Service Portal widgets.
  • Implement REST and SOAP-based integrations, including scripted APIs.
  • Manage authentication methods (Auth 2.0, certificates, Mid Server).
  • Lead projects on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
  • Manage MID Server installation and configurations.
  • Develop custom applications and implement LDAP/Active Directory/SSO integrations.
  • Use Flow Designer and Integration Hub for complex use cases.
  • Analyze systems to identify patterns, troubleshoot, and optimize software applications.

 

Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM and at least one additional module (ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, HRSD).
  • Strong scripting experience (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts).
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Knowledge of MID Server, LDAP/Active Directory, and SSO implementations.
  • Experience with custom application development and ServiceNow project management in domain-separated instances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimization.
  • Proficiency in coding, automation tools, and cross-platform testing.
