Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for process improvements.
  
• Design and develop service catalogs, workflows, and forms to support business processes.
  
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
  
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow solutions.
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow product releases and best practices.

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• 6+ years of Solution Consulting experience in the HR industry.
• Extensive experience in implementation and planning of Service Management solutions
• Strong HCM domain skills as a functional lead in at least 3 of the following disciplines -  Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Time Tracking, and Recruitment.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow Platform or exhibits prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technology.
• Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, and product development.
