We are seeking a ServiceNow SecOps Specialist with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) applications, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong knowledge of security operations and compliance frameworks.

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years’ hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps applications
• Strong understanding of security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration (workflows, forms, UI policies, ACLs)
• Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps workflows
• ServiceNow scripting skills: JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST APIs
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability, and risk platforms
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server)
• Experience with Agile teams and virtual work environments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks: MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS
• Hands-on experience with automated workflows, playbooks, and security orchestration

 

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow SecOps applications and workflows
• Implement and optimize Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence processes
• Configure ServiceNow platform components, scripts, and integrations with security tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver SecOps solutions
• Ensure alignment with security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and best practices
• Drive automation and orchestration of security workflows to enhance operational efficiency
