We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps / Security Incident Response (SIR) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale ServiceNow security solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow SecOps, SIR, GRC, and IRM, with a proven ability to architect scalable solutions, drive platform governance, and provide technical leadership for complex digital transformation initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow SecOps, Security Incident Response (SIR), GRC, and IRM solutions.
- Define and enforce ServiceNow platform governance, including application lifecycle management, data quality, security standards, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timelines.
- Develop and optimize workflows, custom applications, integrations, and platform automations using ServiceNow best practices.
- Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators by promoting coding standards, architectural best practices, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with change management teams to support user adoption, training, and continuous platform improvement.
- Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in enterprise platform implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps, Security Incident Response (SIR), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), integrations, and custom application development.
- Experience designing enterprise-grade ServiceNow architecture and governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow application lifecycle management and platform best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution design skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers throughout project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – SecOps and/or GRC.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (preferred).
- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation and ServiceNow modernization initiatives.
