Lead the architecture and design of engagement implementing using ServiceNow SAM Pro with well design thinking using ServiceNow SAM Pro, able to address current pain areas in existing SAM tools
Configure ServiceNow discovery and pull data into ServiceNow
Configure and build required flows/workflows needed for Software Asset Management
Debug and fix CMDB/Discovery issues in ServiceNow
Able to judge and guide feasibility of implementing requirements ServiceNow SAM Pro
Able to develop/debug Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI scripts
Able to drive development activities with other development team
Need to work in offshore-onsite delivery model.
Required Technical/Functional Skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience as ServiceNow SAM pro Architect in designing and implementing projects using ServiceNow SAM Pro
Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience in working with various ServiceNow modules.
Experience and strong knowledge on Asset Management life cycles particularly Software Asset Management
Expertise in Software License Compliance Management.
Experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow Discovery
Experience in building integrations with external applications using ServiceNow OOTB features and custom development.
Experience in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, CSDM, Orchestration etc
Expertise in discovery maps, Normalization process using ServiceNow SAM Pro
Expertise in configuring and using ServiceNow service graph connector SCCM
Experience in enabling various publisher packs in ServiceNow SAM Pro
Expertise in debugging and fixing discovery issues for smooth data flow into ServiceNow
Experience in debugging and fixing normalization errors.
Experience in software reconciliation process using ServiceNow SAM Pro.
Experience in configuring dashboards in ServiceNow SAM Pro
Knowledge on other SAM tools in addition to ServiceNow SAM Pro
