Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.
  • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure software quality.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and provide feedback.
  • Automate testing processes where applicable to enhance efficiency and coverage.
  • Conduct performance and security testing to validate system robustness.
  • Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure quality assurance is integrated into the development lifecycle.
  • Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist end-users as needed.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a QA engineer with ServiceNow applications.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform functionalities and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
