Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Oversee the customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Provide guidance to development teams on best practices and standards.
  • Drive performance improvements and optimize user experience on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
  • Create technical documentation and conduct training sessions for users.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow trends and lead process innovation.

 

Qualifications
  • 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in ServiceNow/Enterprise Architecture. Proven experience with ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules.
  • Proficient in XML, HTML, JavaScript, and web services. Strong knowledge of SDLC and ServiceNow development tools.
  • At least two valid ServiceNow certifications.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., HRSD, ITOM).
